Shipping and Return Policy
PaddiCakes promises to do our best to ensure your order will arrive in a timely manner and without defect. Damaged items must be reported to customer service with in 3 business days of receiving the item. To return goods all tags must be attatched and unworn. Return the damaged item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for an immediate exchange or refund. To exchange a size the shipping is at your expense.
Delivery for out of country will vary but a follow-up email will confirm shipments and delivery dates.
Expect 14-18 business days for delivery AFTER processing. Processing of in-stock items takes 3-5 business days. Out of stock items will be specified on website.
Orders are shipped USPS Parcel Post and should be delivered within 7-10 business days after processing. Please allow up to 3 business days for packaging and processing. If a specific receiving date is required please Email or Call with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it.
Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature, and will be left at the door if no one is home. Please specify in "Special Delivery Instructions" if a signature is required for delivery. Paddicakes is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Our customer service office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5 pm PST and closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. |
